This is a wooden block printed Windhorse Tibetan Prayer Flag made of Polyester.
The Tibetan word for prayer flag is “Lung ta”, meaning, “wind Horse”. When wind blows (expressing the quality and nature of mind) the sacred prayer flag flaps in the breeze.
It is believed that the prayers written on the flag are carried by the wind, and your own mind to all as a blessing. By viewing the flags you are reminded to pray for the welfare of people, and to be mindful of the motivation to be kind, compassionate, and stay joyful throughout the day.
